Ingredients
  

  • Brownie Layer:
  • 1 cup 225g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Pistachio Filling:
  • 1 cup pistachio cream or blended pistachios + condensed milk
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • Filling/Center:
  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates or any chocolate hazelnut balls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter + sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until glossy.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder. Mix gently.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  7. Add Ferrero Rocher chocolates evenly spaced.
  8. Spread pistachio cream + crushed pistachios over them.
  9. Cover with the remaining brownie batter.
  10. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
  11. Let cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Notes
