Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter + sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until glossy.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder. Mix gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Add Ferrero Rocher chocolates evenly spaced.
- Spread pistachio cream + crushed pistachios over them.
- Cover with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Don’t overbake—center should be slightly fudgy
