- Make the Dough

- Add Jell-O Flavor + Color
- Divide dough into portions (depending on how many colors you want).
- Mix 1 tbsp dry Jell-O powder into each portion.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes (makes it easier to handle).
- Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into balls and slightly flatten.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes (edges set, centers soft).
- Let cookies cool completely.
- Make Frosting
- Beat butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until creamy.
- Divide and tint with pastel food coloring.
- Decorate
- Spread frosting on cooled cookies.
