  • Optional Garnish:
  • Fresh strawberries

Equipment

  • Blender (high-speed works best)
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Tall glasses

Method

  1. Make the Mango Slush
  2. Add frozen mango chunks, mango juice, and honey into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick (slushie consistency).
  4. If too thick, add a splash more liquid; if too thin, add more frozen mango.
  5. Set aside or place in freezer while making the second layer.
  6. Make the Strawberry Slush
  7. Add strawberries, strawberry juice, and sweetener into the blender.
  8. Blend until smooth and slightly thick.
  9. Adjust consistency the same way as above.
  10. Assemble the Swirl
  11. Spoon a layer of mango slush into a glass.
  12. Add a layer of strawberry slush.
  13. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
  14. Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl for that signature marbled look.
  15. Garnish & Serve
  16. Top with fresh fruit and mint leaves.
  17. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best slush texture (no ice needed).
For stronger flavor, use juice instead of water.
Chill your glasses beforehand for longer-lasting slushiness.
Blend layers separately to keep colors vibrant.
