Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping Cool Whip
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries drained
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or almonds optional

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix whipped topping and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows evenly.
  3. Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, and cherries gently.
  4. Stir in shredded coconut and chocolate pieces.
  5. Add nuts if using.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  7. Stir lightly before serving and garnish as desired.

Notes

  • Make sure fruit is well drained to avoid a watery texture
  • Can be made a day ahead for better flavor
  • Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
