  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Cream Layer
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Layer
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Caramel Drizzle
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method
 

  1. Step 1 – Prepare the Base
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined square baking dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Step 2 – Make the Cream Layer
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled biscuit base.
  5. Step 3 – Prepare the Chocolate Ganache
  6. Heat the heavy cream until warm but not boiling. Pour it over chopped dark chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.
  7. Step 4 – Add Chocolate Layer
  8. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream layer and spread evenly.
  9. Step 5 – Caramel Drizzle
  10. Warm the caramel sauce with butter until smooth. Drizzle over the chocolate layer using a spoon.
  11. Step 6 – Chill
  12. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  13. Step 7 – Serve
  14. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
