  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Caramel sauce for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and layer sliced bananas evenly.

  4. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
  5. Spread topping evenly over bananas.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
