- Prepare the Cream
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside in fridge.
- Make Pineapple Mixture
- In another bowl, mix:
- Crushed pineapple
- Cream cheese or condensed milk
- Sugar (if needed)
- Beat or mix until smooth and slightly creamy.
- Prepare Base Layer
- Lightly dip sponge cake or biscuits in pineapple juice.
- Do not soak too long (avoid sogginess).
- Assemble the Parfait
- In a glass or jar, layer as follows:
- Cake/biscuit layer
- Pineapple mixture
- Whipped cream
- ➡️Repeat layers 2–3 times.
- Final Touch
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with pineapple pieces and cherry.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours before serving.
- Best served cold.
Notes
For extra richness, mix a little condensed milk into the whipped cream.
