Make the whipped cream
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form (but don’t overmix).
👉 Optional: Beat in softened cream cheese for a thicker, cheesecake-like texture.
Prep strawberries
Wash, hull, and slice strawberries into thin pieces.
Build the layers
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of your pan.
Add a layer of graham crackers (break to fit if needed).
Spread whipped cream over the crackers.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat layers:
Crackers → Cream → Strawberries
until you run out, ending with whipped cream on top.
Chill (very important!)
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
💡 This step softens the graham crackers into a cake-like texture.
Serve
Slice into squares.
Garnish with extra strawberries if desired.
