Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour over crust and bake 30–35 minutes.
- Cool completely, then chill before slicing.
Notes
For clean slices, chill for at least 2 hours before cutting. You can also swap chocolate chips for white chocolate or peanut butter chips.
